Terms and Conditions

• ‘Seats’ will be purchased as soon as payment has cleared in Google Checkout (typically no longer than a few minutes);
• Advertising logos will be uploaded as soon as possible after payment has been received (the process is manual so exact timings will depend on availability of the site administrators – please bear with us);
• The purchase of a ‘seat’ or ‘advertising hoarding’ on this site does not entitle you to ‘own’ any part of this site;
• The purchase of a ‘seat’ or ‘advertising hoarding’ on this site does not entitle you to any seat or hoarding in the actual, physical, stadium when it is built. However, if you are interested in also being contacted at the appropriate time to make such purchases when the physical stadium is being built, please tick the box on your Profile page marked ‘Sponsorship’;
• Offensive, obscene or inappropriate (as decided by the site administrators) seat messages, advertising hoardings and links will be removed and no refund will be given;
• Only those members who answer the multiple choice question and are over the age of 18 at the time of the draw will be entered into to the relevant 'Grab a Grand' draw. If you become 18 after joining, you can update the 'Over 18' checkbox on your Profile. We reserve the right to request age identification if we believe a 'Grab a Grand' winner is not over the age of 18.
• As an advertiser, once your image and link has been uploaded to the site they cannot be changed, unless in exceptional circumstances (please use the ‘Contact Us’ page to tell us if you feel this might be the case);
• As an advertiser, if you wish to remove your image and link, you can request this, but then you will not receive a refund and space will become publicly available again;
• There is no maximum number of ‘seats’ or ‘advertising hoardings’ which can be purchased, as long as there are still ‘seats’ or ‘advertising hoardings’ available;
• As an advertiser, we will contact you directly to discuss logo sizes and formats as well as the site you wish to link to;
• Advertising logos may be animated if desired. However, please note that logos are displayed on a 5-second scrolling basis so animations should be shorter than 5 seconds in order to be viewed in full;
• We will occasionally send out emails related to Maidstone United events and promotions (as well as stadium updates). If you do not wish to receive these updates, please untick the box on your Profile labelled ‘Keep me in touch with stadium updates via email’. We will not share your data with any third-party organisations outside of Maidstone United and the Bring The Stones Home initiative;
• We may have to occasionally take the site down for essential maintenance. We will try and keep this to a minimum. No refunds are offered for any site downtime;
• The intention is to keep the site live for as long as possible, but at least five years.
